Overview And Experience
Attorney Josh Daniels is a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas School of Law, with a passion for legal knowledge. While attending the University of Arkansas School of Law, he was a founding member of the Property Law Society, as well as a member of the Board of Advocates. Josh studied Bankruptcy Law from Judge Richard Taylor, a former Arkansas Chief Bankruptcy Judge, Trial Advocacy from Federal District Judge Timothy Brooks, and Civil Procedure and Damages from former Arkansas Supreme Court Justice Howard Brill.
While attending law school, he was a clerk at Watson Law Firm and gained valuable experience in a variety of legal issues. During his time as a clerk, Josh assisted Mr. Watson on all things from divorces and guardianship cases, personal injury cases, property law cases, and many more.
Combining a passion for the legal field, an excellent education from the University of Arkansas School of law, and valuable experience gained from working with some of the most reputable attorneys in the area, attorney Josh Daniels is prepared to represent you in any of your legal needs.
