| Timothy Penhallegon graduated from the University of
Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2009. He joined
the Watson Law Firm after clerking with the firm for more than a year during
law school. Tim practices in a wide variety of legal areas, including
civil litigation, property disputes, domestic relation and divorce, and
criminal defense. He is particularly interested in legal issues involving
legal negligence and Constitutional criminal rights.

Before his time with the Watson Law Firm, Tim served in the
United States Air Force. Tim enlisted in 1996 and trained as a helicopter
crew chief on the MH-53 “Pave Low” helicopter, which appeared as the Decepticon
“Blackout” in the 2007 Transformers movie. In addition to his helicopter
support, Tim worked as a maintenance coordinator and logistics support
staff.
An avid sportsman, Tim hikes, fishes, and hunts Northwest
Arkansas. When not at the office, Tim can often be found hiking in
the Wedington Wildlife Management Area west of Fayetteville, or on the
shore of Beaver Lake.
